Offer to buy timeshare

I received an offer to buy my pueblo bonito timeshare from Consultants International inc representing Diversified Holdings inc. Does anyone know the legitimacy of these companies? Has anyone on here received an offer from them to buy your timeshare? Contract looks legit but sounds like a scam.
