How do you know which unit to choose when there is more than one with the same options? I just messaged one of the owners for additional pics but don' t want to have to do that for everyone. Thank you

As an owner in Marriott, if the listing is identical then there should be no difference. The only potential difference might be the date of original booking which might provide a higher floor room. Room will vary slightly, lockouts or not etc. so you might want to look at the resort and then a listing for those slight variations
