GreenLake - Goodmanagent restart effort

Heard from person attending yesterday’s meeting that about 10 owners attended. Paul Diamond from GreenLake, Dale from Good Mngt and attorney Henry Griffin also there. Evidently proposed assessment and MF were discussed. Looking for confirmation.
