wanting to rent all inclusive resort

hello! I would like to rent all inclusive resort Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. The offer $100 per night for 7 nights. It is all inclusive resort, is there more fees to that than $100 per night? or $100 per person per night? What should I expected to pay on top of renting price in all inclusive resort?
