Maintainence Fees

Does anyone pay annual maintainence fees on a biennial timeshare? Why would I pay fees every year if I can only use it every other year?

Kevin: If a resort charges maintenance fees every year for a biennial timeshare, then the fee would be half of the annual fee each year.
