If your a owner and you never had a cancellation clause you do not have to refund there money do you. They want a refund 36 days out and now the owners have no time to rerent it.

Please advise on this.

That’s just great .... so all your current renters want to go to the states with the highest upsurge....doesn’t speak to high for some of your members. Won’t be following your trends for sure.

Caution, bertr 11...as an owner,i paid extra for the verification feature, and when Covid struck, Red Week refunded 100% of my rental money, that they were holding, to the renter under some sort of cancellation policy. At the same time, I was a renter. When I cancelled, the owner, who did not have a verification feature, was able to keep all of my rental payment. Doesn't seem right. Doesn't seem fair.
