Renting at Atlantis Harborside for Spring 2021

Is anyone having luck renting their Atlantis Harborside for this spring with the travel restrictions? Add on question - I dumped my reservations. Is it worth paying the $109 to Bank the Star Options or the $145 to convert them to Bonvoy points.
