Casa dorado maintenance listed in Ads

I have seen many listings with Maint for 1 bed around $1000 and then there are a few listed at $200 . is this a completley diffrent contract . How could it vary by that much. Thanks for any advice Ricard

Richard: The resale with maintenance fee of $199 is a floating week and states the following in the Details section of the posting: "Maintenance fee above is membership fee of $199. Maintenance fees are determined by the type of unit and the resort booked at."

I see. Thank you. Judging by the other 2 beds listed it is probably in the region of 1750 Maintenance fee. -Ricard
