Kirk: Most owners have purchased a one-week interval and pay maintenance fees each week to be able to use their week. If you are willing to pay the full weekly rate, or the owner is willing to negotiate, staying for a shorter period should not be an issue. You may also find some point owners are able to use their points to book only a five-day stay.
