How close is the railroad track and is there a lot of noise ?

The tracks run behind the resort and all the units face away from the tracks, toward the ocean. I have stayed at this resort several times and have never noticed trains. With the balcony doors open, you can hear cars and trucks on the Pacific Coast highway.
