Comic Con Week

I had a condo booked for San Diego Comic Con this year (7/19 - 7/24), but I don't think we will be able to go this year. Is that a good dates to put up for rent? I guess I don't NEED to rent it, but I do have lots of points this past year because we traveled less due to COVID. Or do people not search Redweek for place to stay for that type of events? Any insights, anyone?
