oceanside, oceanfront and oceanview

I am considering purchasing a resale week on redweek.com for this myrtle beach Marriott property. However we want to a good room where we can watch the ocean. But being new to this, wanted to get some input on what "view" we need to pick on redweek listed properties. i see ocean view, ocean side and ocean front. I am assuming ocean front guanrtees the view? also is this typically listed as part of the contract/ so when i try to book , there will not be a confusion given specific room is not assigned.
