Marriott's Frenchman's Cove

For those who have visited in 2022,...

For those who have visited in 2022, how was it with the construction next door? Does the property feel "limited" (activities, pool, beach, dining)? Are non-motorized water activities included (kayaks, etc.)? We are considering renting in December 2022 (family of 4 with two college age kids). Debating between Frenchman's Cove and the Ritz. Thanks!

I have read other reviews that said it is no longer a problem.
