Highest demand/ rental rates in Hawaii

Can you tell me what weeks in Hawaii get the highest demand? I can’t use my TS next year and I would like to reserve a week that will have high demand that I can easily rent out for top dollar.

Separately, it seems like you have a treasure trove of data on sales prices and rental rates….. it would be great if you could share in an easy to use format with specific detail! Thanks
