Ad says parking fee may be waived for owners and guests of owners. If you rent from an owner, are you considered a guest of the owner, i.e. will parking fee be waived?

The self parking fee will be waived. If you want valet…I think it’s $30 a day.

So does this mean I can rent a verified and protected unit managed by red week and parking will be included in the fee?
