Can you be guaranteed to be in the Sunset Bay Villa phase by booking units through Redweek.com? I'm confused by the postings that say these rentals could be located in any of the 4 different phases. Thanks!

Each grouping of villas/buildings has their own name. Ours is Sunset Bay and they are the only ones directly on the beach! You watch the sunset from your balcony, then smell the beautiful ocean air and hear the waves lapping on the beach while you sleep and greet every morning with the ocean again! Magnificent and private:)

You will be placed in the phase advertised. There is a limitation in the way Redweek categorizes them. There would have to be some really extenuating circumstances to be moved.
