Hi there - does the price of the timeshare rental also include food and beverage or is this on top of the price?

The all-inclusive is a per-person rate, and can vary by season, so the price on rentals does not include the all-inclusive fees. To find out the all-inclusive rate for each person and what it includes, you can either ask the owner or contact the resort.

The owner of the posting will confirm whether All Inclusive (foods and beverages) as well other benefits are included. In our case we ALWAYS include All Inclusive in our rates, together with exclusive "ULC" Club member benefits.
