Closing fees for a resale

Does anyone know what the closing fees are for purchasing a Marriott Aruba Surf Club resale. Just trying to get a rough estimate of the additional cost associated with closing. Such as transfer fees, bank fees, lawyers fees, taxes, etc. How much should I expect to pay for all fees associated with the closing. Thanks to anyone who can assist.
