How long to get booking confirmation after payment has been processed. It has been 10 days

I paid $4164.50 to Redweek on Jan 26, 2023. I can see that the payment has been posted against my credit card as of Jan 28, 2023.

The status is still - Status: Pending final confirmation

Is this normal? Should I be concerned that either Redweek or the seller are scamming me?

Every other time I have booked via Redweek, I had final confirmation within 2-3 days of owners acceptance and payment processing.

I should note that this was a "Managed by Redweek" and "VERIFIED AND PROTECTED" transaction.

Hi. Same thing with my booking. Way too long to receiver final confirmation. Credit card has been charged. How long did it finally take for you to receive confirmation with name change?
