How do I get info about renting a unit before paying the membership fee? Don’t mind paying if I’m actually moving forward with a rental.

The primary reason we require a full-access membership before an individual can see the details of a posting or contact the owner is to weed out the spammers and scammers that frequent the free timeshare posting sites.Our research has found that owners posting on free sites are inundated with spam e-mails, inquiries from "lookie-loos" trying to negotiate a lower price, or scammers seeking an easy target. We have found that most of these non-serious buyers will not pay a membership fee and therefore our owners' time is free to consider serious offers.

However, if you decide to proceed and are unable to connect with the owner to arrange a transaction, please let us know within 30 days, and we would be happy to fully refund your membership fee.

I'm considering becoming a RedWeek Member in order to rent my HGV timeshare options. I'd like to confirm the costs for the following: 1) RedWeek membership: a) Is RedWeek membership required to rent a timeshare unit? b) Is the RedWeek membership cost of $18.99 for 12 months (1 year) OR $18.99 per month? 2) Are the FULL Service and DYI Verified & Protected Posting Services a(n): a) 1-time fee that covers ALL RedWeek postings? b) 1-time fee for each RedWeek posting? c) Annual fee that covers ALL Redweek postings during the year? d) Annual fee for each RedWeek posting during the year?
