Does owning here get you access to the golf courses? Or is that a separate membership?

It can come with the membership. Some early owners get to play the Dunes course except Wed when it is closed for maint, on this day they can play El Cardonel. Later members primarily play El Cardonel (designed by Tiger) where the PGA tour is 2 to 5 Nov 2023 and get to play the Dunes on Sat when El Cardonel is closed for maint. 100% sure of above.

From a sales guy, on an "update" we were told that the golf can not be transferred with the ownership. And they were no longer selling golf attached to an ownership. Info was from a sales guy, so beware! But in 2021we overhead a new buyer say his new purchase came with golf. Was he lying or the sales guy was.
