I was told by Christine at the Quarter House that the price of my Penthouse was $12,500 Cash or $13,000 if Financed. I own week 45 for Unit 516 which is an excellent time of year to visit. The price shown on your inventory is $9500 for a unit at a bad time of year which is very cold. Why would I list my unit with you for far less than the quoted price?

The resale market for timeshares is not robust. You can certainly list it for what you would like and see what happens.
