Jun 04, 2024

Hi,

I have a timeshare in Aruba (Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba. A Suite with Ocean & pool View at basement floor.) that Im considering trying to sell. What is the process? Paper work? . What is the legal process?. Do I have to travel?. I live in Venezuela. Thanks

If you have a paid membership with RedWeek, you can advertise it for sale. You do not have to travel. Once you find someone who wants to buy it, you can contact a timeshare transfer company to do the paperwork and transfer.

Do you have deeded property or a Right-to-Use?

Hi. We own two one bedroom ocean view units at the Ocean Club. One is gold and one is platinum. We are interested in selling them both and Redweekn comes highly recommended. Please advise.

Yes, Red Week is a good place to advertise your unit(s) for sale. You have to pay the RedWeek membership fee plus a fee to advertise what you are selling. Make sure you are aware of the realistic resale value of your unit. Many for sale out there are worth about zero dollars on the resale market.

Never pay any party a large, upfront fee to sell, rent out, or cancel your timeshare.
