One suggestion is to log into your E-Bay account (if you have one) and search for completed (not active) listings for similar units to yours. It will give you an idea how much people have paid for something similar to what you have.

Be aware that there may be many listings that closed without garnering any bids. Others might be completed with a sale price of around zero dollars.

If you go onto redweek.com and do a search by the name of the resort. Once on the resort page scroll down to Timeshare Resales. It will provide a listing of all the different timeshares at this resort that are for sale and the amounts. Many different options due to amount of bedrooms, type, location, dates/year, etc. Click on one of the options to see the details for that resale. This will give you an idea on the many different options available.
