Lowering a Rental Price on a Redweek ad...$10 fee to lower my price?

Why am I prompted to pay a re-verification fee on my rental ad when I'm simply lowering the price. No other changes were made. I really hope this is a mistake on Redweeks part. Lowering the price has no bearing on verification.
