Xcaret Arte/ Xcaret Occidental- renting legit?

I am looking to rent someone's unit ar arte They own at Xcaret Occidental. This person says they can get me into Arte? I want to confirm it is safe to give someone the following information-. Any advice would be wonderful. I found them on a facebook group. Full name to be on the reservation.... Email address to receive the confirmation.... Phone number... Guest names...

There is always risk involved when renting from someone you do not know. You can take steps to verify that they own the TS, and their identity. Once you have verified they are legitimate, you would then give them your info for the reservation.
