Last year, I, as an owner, and the resort manager sent written confirmation of a rental. Then, Red week contacted the manager to verify. We are a small resort with only 18 units, and the manager does not have the bandwidth for this effort. Can this process be amended, because if not, I cannot use Red Week.

Hello, How do I provide documentation to prove I am the owner of a fixed week, that will satisfy Red Week verification process? I won't get a confirmation from my resort until I am billed and I pay my fees for the week which will not occur until the end of the year.
