Redweek Full Service Resale Help

I may want to sell to a family member if Redweek can’t sell it. Is the full service option non-exclusive? Can I sign up with the Redweek broker but still sell on my own and not pay any commission? Do I sign a listing agreement? If so, where can I read it before deciding?
