Red Week Rentals

I've listed my unit for rent, and Red Week has come back to me on 2 occasions with someone offering me a lower price than listed. My question to Red Week is this: When you say that a unit has been rented, does the price that is listed reflect the actual rental price paid to the owner. For example, if I list a unit at $4000, and it eventually rents for $3500, which price do you show in the listings page?
