Redweek Rental Agreement - Owner/Renter Liability Protection

For anyone that has used a Redweek Rental Agreement => does it limit the liability (wrt renter/guest personal injury, loss, damage, etc.) of the owner renting the timeshare unit? As per a section taken from clause 9 taken of the Redweek rental agreement below, Redweek is clearly protected, however I am not seeing the same limitations for the owner of the T/S being rented.
