Is there a resort fee for timeshare renters? Is there a parking charge for timeshare renters?

I've stayed here several times as a renter off of a redweek purchase. They do not charge for parking. There is a daily tax that is charged to each unit per day - if memory serves me correctly, it's approx $15/day that you are billed at the end of your stay. There is no "resort fee." Hope this helps!
