New to Timeshares, New to renting

Hi all, I am hoping you all can help me. My parents purchased a timeshare a few years ago and only used it twice, due to my mom’s failing health. In January she unexpectedly and very suddenly passed away. My dad is left with this timeshare and he is still working part time and honestly wants to rent out his timeshare. He has left me with the daunting task.

I’m looking for the best most cost effective way to due this and how do i do this? I have skimmed through, very quick i might add, and saw that we need to reserve then we can rent. I’m genuinely confused. I also don’t know if this matters but it is a Branson Nantucket timeshare. Thank you all for helping
