Renting in November

Hi! We are looking to finally take a vacation together! We are looking at 11/22-11/29 this year. We see a few available and for different prices, but for the same description of Ocean View, King bed, etc. Can anyone give some insight on how to pick? Would love ocean view with balcony. Thank you!
