I used the Master & Guest lock-off, so both units rent concurrent. Is there any advantage to post these two individual rentals simultaneously on RW?

At Aruba Surf Club I used the Master & Guest lock-off, so both units rent concurrent on the same week - starts Sat.11/22. Is there any advantage to post these two individual rentals simultaneously on RW?

Other than the minimum listing rule of 21 days until the first day occupancy, is there any other cutoff dates I need to know? *I have 60 days from today.

Last, who notifies Marriott that the occupancy will be by other than myself? **I plan to use the easiest RW method - $59. listing +$99. fee
