Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Orange Lake Resort - West Village

I have found 2 weeks back to back. Feb 15 - 22nd and Feb 22nd- Mar 1st

Before I book how can I request that we stay in the same unit for the two weeks.

Also is there any negotiation with price?
