I'm a timeshare purchaser from China. I bought a timeshare product in China with a 20-year term, which entitles me to two weeks of vacation at the resort each year. Since this hotel is affiliated with the American RCI Club and has been rated as a Gold Crown resort, I also have a corresponding RCI Platinum membership for the same period. If I don't use the two weeks at the resort in China, I can exchange it for a two-week stay at over 4,300 resorts and hotels worldwide through RCI. Of course, I need to pay an exchange fee to RCI, which is less than 300 US dollars per week. There are over 2,000 resorts and hotels available for exchange in North America. I have exchanged for the Hilton Las Vegas Vacation Club and the Manhattan Club in New York before. However, due to personal circumstances, I am unable to continue using this timeshare right. I don't know how to resell this timeshare right because it's very cost-effective to exchange it for a stay at a resort in the US. I'm now willing to sell it at a very low price and will assist in completing the name change. The new user only needs to pay about 200 US dollars per year for the RCI membership fee to continue using it. Please guide me on how to complete the sale.
