I'm not sure the value of ARDA-ROC. Marriott continues to run roughshod over legacy Hyatt owners. Fees are excessive and convertibility to World of Hyatt points uneconomical. Moreover, the sharp sales practices and harassment to attend further presentations about "understanding your ownership" are annoying at a minimum. Given the lack of trust in anything connected to Hyatt Vacation Club or Marriott Vacations, it's impossible to take these calls seriously. We need a trusted place to dispose of these nuisance ownership interests at a fair price.
