Welcome to RedWeek.com's new discussion forums!

We are excited to offer you this new outlet for dynamic discussions about timeshare and travel topics!

Here's how it works: forums pertaining to general topics can be found on the main forums page at: http://www.redweek.com/forums. Each resort also has its own discussion forum, which you can find from the resort's page - just browse or search for it, and then click the "view discussion forum" link.

Anyone can read the forums without having a RedWeek.com account. To create a topic or post a reply, you just need to be registered with at least our free guest account.

Please don't use the forums to bypass other RedWeek.com services - ads aren't allowed. If you want to post your timeshare rental, resale, or exchange, please add a posting directly to the resort's page.

We hope you enjoy connecting with other travelers and timeshare owners! We're looking forward to hearing from you.

In May 2023, the Royal Resorts in Cancun, Mexico announced they had been bought by Holiday Inn. It was a surprise especially since recently they they started a Signature Club relationship with Wyndham. I can see this as an opportunity for Holiday Inn expending in Mexico into the timeshare industry and selecting a Resort group that has already established a high reputation for service and quality. I just hope they start expending opportunities with high end resorts around the world and not just expand for the purpose of expansion alone, and bring the quality down.

Your thought?

I am a brand new member and this is my first post, so I'm open to any advice from seasoned Timeshare owners. I'm wanting to sell 2 of my Hilton Grand Vacations timeshares: one at Ocean 22 in Myrtle Beach, a 3-bedroom Platinum deed, floating week AND the other at Chicago Magnificent Mile, a 1-bedroom Platinum deed, also floating week. Any advice is welcome. I'm considering using the full service from Red Week. Any experience in getting Timeshares sold as quickly as possible? Is it true that Hilton has right of first refusal and can tie up a sale for a month or more? Thank you. Dee

Right of first refusal doesn't mean that Hilton will "tie up a sale for a month or more". It just means that if you and a buyer agree to a sale price, Hilton must either buy it from you for that price or let the buyer buy it for that price. Either way, Hilton will let you know rather quickly and can not and will not block the sale.

The chance of selling is slim. There are 1000's of weeks for free and many at under 100$. Your best bet, legally cancel out. Stop throwing good money after bad,

I am writing to share a cautionary tale about my recent experience with a fraudulent investment platform. Like many individuals, I was drawn to the promise of high returns and low risk, and I invested a significant portion of my hard-earned savings. However, it didn't take long for me to realize that something was amiss. The platform's representatives were evasive and unresponsive, and I began to suspect that I had fallen victim to a scam. As it turned out, my suspicions were correct. The investment platform was a fake, and I had lost my entire investment. I was devastated and felt a sense of betrayal, wondering how I could have been so naive. But I was determined to take action and recover my losses. That's when I discovered the Funds Reclaimer Company, a reputable and trustworthy firm that specializes in helping victims of investment scams recover their lost funds. I was skeptical at first, but after conducting thorough research and reading reviews from satisfied clients, I decided to reach out to them for assistance. The team at Funds Reclaimer Company was professional, empathetic, and highly skilled. They listened to my story, gathered all the necessary information, and worked tirelessly to track down the scammers and recover my investment. Their expertise and knowledge of the financial industry were impressive, and I was consistently kept informed about the progress of my case. Thanks to the diligent efforts of the Funds Reclaimer Company, I was able to recover a significant portion of my lost investment. I am forever grateful for their help and support during a difficult and stressful time. Their services are a beacon of hope for those who have been victimized by investment scams, and I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. In retrospect, I have learned a valuable lesson about the importance of doing thorough research and due diligence before investing in any platform. I hope that my story will serve as a warning to others, and I encourage everyone to be vigilant and cautious when it comes to investment opportunities. If you have been a victim of a similar scam, I urge you to seek help from a reputable and trustworthy firm like the Funds Reclaimer Company. They can help you recover your losses and provide you with the support and guidance you need to move forward.

Like many, I was savvy enough to navigate the crypto world. But when a scammer promised to double my Bitcoin through "exclusive software," curiosity got the better of me. The website was incredibly slick, filled with flashy graphics and convincing testimonials that made the scheme look entirely legitimate. Ignoring the nagging doubts in the back of my mind, I convinced myself this was a smart investment. The cost of that lapse in judgment was steep: I sent 1.6 BTC, valued at nearly $55,000 at the time. When nothing came back, the initial excitement instantly turned into a sinking feeling in my stomach. A mix of disbelief and regret washed over me as I realized a well-crafted trap had duped me. I spent hours scouring the internet, desperately looking for any sign of life from the scammer, but every path led to a dead end. Feeling utterly helpless and fearing my funds were gone forever, I knew I needed professional help. In my desperation, I reached out to TechY Force Cyber Retrieval, a company specializing in tracing stolen cryptocurrency. From the moment I contacted them, their team provided a sense of clarity I hadn't felt in weeks. They didn't offer false hope; instead, they offered a clear strategy and transparent communication. Their experts meticulously traced the blockchain transactions, following the digital footprints that I couldn't see on my own. Thanks to their dedication and advanced forensic tools, they were able to locate the stolen assets and initiate the recovery process. Seeing my 1.6 BTC return to my wallet was a moment of pure relief that I cannot fully put into words. TechY Force Cyber Retrieval didn't just recover my money; they restored my peace of mind. If you find yourself in a similar nightmare, do not lose hope—reach out to the professionals who know how to fight back.
