Buying, Renting, and Selling Timeshares

Time share valuation

Hello. I have a 2BR at Marriott Newport coast. Even years. Platinum. I need a valuation for some tax purposes. How do I know how much its worth? Should I just check here and find a re-sale of same status (even, platinum?)
