I am a first-time user on Redweek looking to rent my week. From what I read, the process requires that I first book the week at my resort and then post it on Redweek. However, this clause below has had me wondering if i am doing the correct thing.
"This reservation may not be used for any commercial purpose, including any pattern of occupancy, rental leasing, or use by a member that the program manager/exchange company, in its reasonable discretion, could conclude constitutes a commercial enterprise or practice."
How do you all interpret the sentence above? Should I be worried that Marriott may not agree to change the guest name upon booking?
Grateful for your advice. I really need to look for ways to bring down my maintenance costs.
