Question an Marriott Aruba Surf sale

I am looking to sell my Aruba timeshare and cannot get some questions answered as they do not allow one to talk to owner services. Can anyone help? 1) I thought our timeshares are "right-to-use" not deeded properties, the advisors say it's deeded. Is it? 2) I am enrolled in points, does that feature transfer during a sale? 3) How long is our ownership good for, is it indefinite as long as fees are paid? 4) Can the new owner enroll in Abound?
