visit of october 14,2006

We were guests of W.I.V.C. Conchas Chinas and we were staying at the Casa de Playa for the day. The desk people said they would keep watch over our suitcases while we went to eat at the restaurant they recommended. They broke the ceramic sink that I had entrusted to them. I had just returned home and discovered it today when I unwrapped it. I had noticed that the sink was in a totally different spot on the floor from where it had been placed originally . Obviously it had fallen and they did not tell me. They were the ONLY people to have it in their possession besides myself. I believe that they should replace this sink, as I feel very strongly that they were not careful with a very special item, that I had TOLD them what it was and to please be careful. Eduardo was the name of the man on duty. As an owner, I would like a prompt respnse from the resort
