The main pool is actually three pools separated by water steps. One of the pools is designed for smaller children and is pretty shallow with fountains for children to play in. There is also a fun water slide that children/adults can use which connects that pool and drops you into the lower pool, which is a little deeper. Additionally, by staying at the Hyatt Residence, you receive a wristband that grants you access to the Hyatt Regency pool next door which offers a much larger child play pool with slides and activities. Pine building, if you can, it has a shorter walk to the beach than the Maple building. Plus, the Woodsy pool is more kid friendly for wee ones. Avoid the top floor(15) because the balcony has no cover and it gets brutally hot in the sun. That makes your balcony unusable. Years ago, you could get a crib from the resort. Covid stopped that. Call the resort for recommendations. We are arriving the day before you leave. Hope we run into you. If this is your first time, this is a. wonderful place for families!! The best one for kids that we have stayed at. The activity center is filled with fun things for kids to do (terryl408)
