We stayed in the Villas and used the Hotel pool a couple of times. We were told there are blackout days for the Villas owners but that usually occurs over busy holidays. We were there in March during spring training and spring break and had no issues using the hotel pool. (billf82)

Unfortunately not, as Disney has discontinued Magical Express services. However, you can book the same service from Mears or Sunshine Flyer for $16 each way per person. Ubers typically run $45-60 each way. You may also want to look into the very competitive car rental market at MCO. When staying on Disney Vacation Club points, you do not pay for parking at the Disney resort or the theme parks. (The parking lots were sold to DVC members in the timeshare deed. The DVC member dues pay to maintain parking lots. Free parking is extended to people renting a member's points). (chadp129)

There are actually 2 mini fridges, toaster, coffee maker, microwave and a cooktop. I have only ever used the coffee maker and fridge, not one to stay in the room when awake! (rayc178)
