The dutch Village and Tamarijn beach resort are nearby everything ! You can cross the streek and eat local at ling and Sons for very fair prices ! And there are many other restaurants and fastfood in the vicinity you can walk through ! (arthurp88)

There are only 2 view types - Resort and Oceanfront. Oceanfront views directly face the ocean with the sliders and the Lanai parallel to the beach. Oceanfront is not Oceanside. All other views are Resort views that may be angled in such a way so that you may have a ocean view (paulk459)

We’ve owned a deeded Barony Garden Villa for 23 years- our daughter was in college. Now they join us ever summer. Since our grandson’s birth (now 7) he enjoys & LOVES our Garden Villa!! We overlook the wonderful pool with tipping coconuts spilling water on the kids, the splash pad with squirting cannons, the waterslide, and the sporting water in the pool! Every week in Summer there’s a Glow Party for the kids at night! There is a golf card tram to pick up any who would rather not walk. It’s a shorter walk to the beach than many of the villas at Surf Watch. (lucip7)

Pine building, if you can, it has a shorter walk to the beach than the Maple building. Plus, the Woodsy pool is more kid friendly for wee ones. Avoid the top floor(15) because the balcony has no cover and it gets brutally hot in the sun. That makes your balcony unusable. Years ago, you could get a crib from the resort. Covid stopped that. Call the resort for recommendations. We are arriving the day before you leave. Hope we run into you. If this is your first time, this is a. wonderful place for families!! The best one for kids that we have stayed at. The activity center is filled with fun things for kids to do (terryl408)
