We are currently (Oct 2025) staying at Surf Club. Construction is ongoing at all three Marriott properties - Surf, Ocean and Stellaris Hotel. Ocean pool is closed, staging lifts and ropes along outside, they are replacing roof….yes there is significant noise. Surf club lighthouse tower lower floors being renovated now- constant jackhammer sound during daylight hours loud at pool BUT not audible when on beach. Hotel seems to be worst for noise having crews working almost round the clock. I was told the renovation is behind schedule so crews were working longer hours. If you are looking for peace and quiet, I recommend you delay your trip to at least December. Just my opinion🌴😎 (janeller25)

While staying at this resort you have an easy walking path behind one of the towers to what I'll term the "main drag" in Palm Beach. Stores, restaurants at all amenity levels, movie theaters, Other hotels, casinos, etc. No need to feel landlocked into the resort. (stevenb375)

Contract holders were informed of the activity, the assessemet fee and the overview of what was to be done by letter (April 4, 2013). Yes it is a lovely beach right directly in front of the timeshare. Palapa's for rent but need to get up at the crack of dawn to get one. If you are not an owner you need to pay for them. (marciam17)
