Each grouping of villas/buildings has their own name. Ours is Sunset Bay and they are the only ones directly on the beach! You watch the sunset from your balcony, then smell the beautiful ocean air and hear the waves lapping on the beach while you sleep and greet every morning with the ocean again! As far as I know, all of the units have been upgraded; that is something that the Bay Club HOA really paid attention to. All of the units have views of the adjacent Golf course. For the best views, ask for a unit on the second or 3rd floor. (bills1182)
