One, 2 & 3 bedroom condos in the two newer Lahaina & Napili Villas have in-unit washers & dryers, along with full stainless/granite kitchens. Studio (the Lock-off/guest bedroom) guests can use the free washers/dryers located on every other floor in the newer Villas. Guests staying in the original MMOC towers (Molokai, Lanai & Maui) can use the free commercial washers/dryers & new steamer located at the base of the Lobby elevator stack --a short distance from the 3.5 acre super pool. Pretty much what you actually bought were points. For example, If you bought a specific condo such as the Presidential Suite, it is worth 300 points. You can opt to rent your week out OR use your points at another PB Resort, but you cannot do both. Your timeshare contract should explain all this. Read it carefully. (christinab459)

The newest towers, Lahaina Villas and Napili Villas, were built and opened 10-12 years ago. They are decorated & furnished exactly the same. Full kitchens with stainless appliances, granite counters. Washer/dryer. Large master BR suites with 2 vanities, soaking/air tub, glass/stone shower. The guest/lock-off/2nd bedroom has its own kitchenette with granite counter, stainless sink, stocked upper & lower cabinets, microwave, under-counter fridge, small appliances. MMOC condos are refurbished regularly with new furniture, flooring, appliances, window coverings, lighting fixtures, fresh color schemes, etc. (cays2)
