I was there from December 18th - 24th. I stayed in a 3 bedroom in Lily steps from the beach. No issues with sargassum. The amenities at the resort and hotel are magnificent. The staff was very friendly. (tinaa210)

Yes, I own at Branson woods. The Resort is great, very clean and spacious living areas and bedrooms. Beautiful view of woods and downtown if on the upper levels of the 1600 to 3000 unit buildings. The main lodge 1000 is a condominium style rooms, they are 4 and 8 bedroom units, this is not a hotel. Many amenities and they will be starting new construction on an indoor water park in 2024 or 2025. (davem765)

Depends... Do you plan to go out to local restaurants to eat? Or content staying on property. My family prefers staying onsite, WORTH it for our teenagers to eat whatever, whenever and how much they want... Lots of options, something for everyone... We took the shuttle to PB Rose and PB Blanco to experience the amenities, Swimming beach and restaurants there... We definately enjoyed the excurstion but the following year we were totally happy staying at PB Sunset Beach. (owen01)

CoVid is looooooooooong gone......the resort is behind in restoring such amenities like this that were a part of the sales pitch in the 2000's! The more recent program was to have owners make a reservation and to help alleviate any over-crowding during the summer month in particular. And to use the CoVid argument now is like saying everyone has to continue to wear the ineffective masks in all common areas!!! (gary977)
