There is no resort fee. At registration, you will be asked to deposit funds to cover your expenses. You will be given an armband. The resort is not all inclusive, so you can choose where and what to eat. Restaurants are scattered throughout the resort. Prices are in Mexican Pesos or US Dollars, and we pay by peso. Yes it is a lovely beach right directly in front of the timeshare. Palapa's for rent but need to get up at the crack of dawn to get one. If you are not an owner you need to pay for them. (marciam17)

I would call the resort directly 2 weeks before and place my request such as pool view or park view, ground floor, etc. Many families like the ground floor pool view because of the convenience. We have always been able to see the ocean with a resort view but oceanfront is specific and you are directly in front and pay more. (bonniel235)

Why does the Kuleana Club Timeshare Board of Directors raise the amount paid to Managers and Housekeepers so MUCH every year? This year (2022), the Board has raised their pay by 16.6% over last year!
