I am an owner here and asked the resort if I would want to rent my unit out would the renter have to pay the resort fee and they said no. Resort fees apply to bookings on the non-owner floors. There is free parking on site and an overflow parking lot across the street. (lindal839)

Redweek support is not correct on this answer. If you rent from an owner through redweek you do not pay daily resort fees. I checked with Diamonhead on this and I am an owner there. (lindal839)
